I had such a great experience with Dr. Paresi and his entire team. Before seeing him, I had a consultation with another plastic surgeon and left feeling like I was being sold on a procedure rather than actually listened to. Dr. Paresi was completely different. He and his team were calm, kind, and took the time to answer all of my questions and actually listened to me. I ended up having the abdominoplasty with him just 10 days after my consultation, and I couldn’t be happier with my results. The entire process went smoothly, and his team was incredibly responsive to any questions or concerns I had after surgery. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone considering a tummy tuck! I even recommended him to my 68 y/o mom who also had the procedure and thought he was wonderful! Highly recommend!

I had been putting off getting my earlobe repaired for years, and I’m so glad I finally decided to do it with Dr. Paresi! He did an amazing job, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I had a tummy tuck last year. Dr. Paresi was very cold and had a horrible bedside manner. Just not friendly at all and made me feel dumb for asking any questions. When I woke up from surgery, he just stood in the doorway and stared at me. He said nothing! Nothing about how the surgery went, didn’t ask how I was doing. Nothing!! And after surgery, they rushed me out of there so fast! I was not ready to leave. I was in extreme pain, and had a very high heart rate. I should have stayed to be monitored, but they rushed me out of there so fast! At all of my post op appointments, my questions and concerns were always dismissed. I felt rushed at all post op appointments. Like he didn’t care how I was feeling or healing. I kept mentioning a bulge at the top of my abdomen at every appointment, and he kept brushing me off saying it was my posture causing this. I finally bugged him enough that he did an ultrasound of my abdomen and said there is a ‘small’ separation in my abs and he can ‘try’ to fix it for free by going through my belly button. But he couldn’t guarantee it would work. No way I would trust him to do that after my first surgery experience with him!! Fast forward to a year later, I had to have a tummy tuck revision by a different doctor because my abdominal muscles were so severely separated!!! This doctor had to put over 50 stitches in my abs because they were so separated!!!! Why were they so separated when the whole point of the first tummy tuck with Dr Paresi was to put my abs back together?!?! And he said the separation was ‘small’! How is 50 stitches a ‘small’ separation?? The only reason I went with Dr Paresi in the first place was because he did drainless tummy tucks. Don’t be drawn in by that!! I had drains for my revision surgery and they were a breeze. No big deal! Drains are so much better for healing and helping swelling! My second doctor was much more caring and my surgery experience was amazing from start to finish! Total night and day difference from my experience with Dr Paresi. 100% would NOT recommend Dr Paresi!!! Do your research and go somewhere else!!
