I had the BEST experience getting my lip filler done here! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. Shout out to Kaylin for helping make this experience feel so welcoming and easy! They really listened to what I wanted and gave me such a natural, beautiful result that still looks like me — just enhanced perfectly. The whole process was smooth, clean, and honestly way less intimidating than I expected. I’m obsessed with my results and already can’t wait to come back. I’ve had the best experience when it comes to getting laser hair removal as well as facials and dermaplaning! The staff is super FRIENDLY and the providers are awesome! They genuinely listen to your concerns and don’t push treatments because they can! I will continue my journey here and have recommended this place to a few of my friends who have also had great experiences!
Unfortunately, I developed ptosis from the Dysport injections I received at this clinic. I recently relocated to Williamsburg and was drawn to this place due to its positive reviews. However, I made a significant mistake. They attempted to correct the issue, but it only worsened. Additionally, I was disappointed by their attempt to attribute my facial asymmetry to the botched treatment. I have never encountered this problem with my regular injector in Norfolk at MD Aesthetics, so I will return to them once this nightmare concludes.
I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance for a consultation and Botox treatment and was required to pay a $50 deposit to secure the appointment. I drove about 45 minutes to attend. I arrived approximately 10 minutes after the scheduled time. When I arrived, the receptionist appeared to be eating fries and drinking at the front desk. After asking for my name, she immediately told me that I had missed my facial appointment due to being late, but instructed me to complete paperwork for the Botox treatment. I was then taken for photographs and placed in a treatment room where the injections were already prepared and displayed. When the injector came in, 10min later), I tried to explain my expectations and discuss several services I was interested in learning about, including membership options, laser treatments, body contouring, vein treatments, fillers, and Botox. Unfortunately, the staff seemed focused only on performing Botox and did not take time to listen to my concerns or answer my questions about the other services. Combined with the dismissive interaction at the front desk, the overall experience made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. As a result, I decided to decline the services and leave. This was my first visit to this facility, and unfortunately it was a frustrating experience. I have visited other medical spas before and have never felt this unwelcome. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this facility. I hope they consider improving their customer service and taking more time to listen to patients’ concerns during consultations.
