Define Beauty Medspa is an esthetician-led med spa at Sunbrite Corner in central Phoenix, founded by McKenzie Kelly, a licensed esthetician, aesthetic instructor and certified laser technician with 16 years in dermatology offices, medical spas and aesthetics education. Every member of the team has more than a decade of hands-on experience, and the practice describes its approach as honest, education-first care without aggressive sales.
The menu is built around medical-grade facials: hydrofacials, DiamondGlow, oxygen facials, dermaplaning, custom acne-clearing facials and a customizable All the Things facial that combines dermaplaning, hydrofacial cleansing, masks, extractions, oxygen infusion and LED light therapy. Chemical peels (Linder Health, ZO Stimulator, BioRePeel and The Perfect Derma Peel), SkinPen microneedling and IPL photofacials round out the skin treatments, with Botox and Allergan dermal fillers provided by a registered nurse injector. Consultations are also offered for HALO hybrid laser and Potenza RF microneedling.
The Define Beauty Club membership includes one facial a month plus discounts on products and advanced treatments. The spa carries medical-grade skincare lines including ZO Skin Health, SkinCeuticals, Skinbetter, Colorescience, Sente and Face Reality, and McKenzie also runs advanced training courses for licensed aestheticians in Arizona.
