I’ve been going to Defy for a few years now and couldn’t be happier. The space is clean and relaxing. I see Maggie for a monthly facial and she has completely changed my skin from dull and textured to smooth! In my opinion, the monthly facial subscription/membership is a must. I see Jenny for Botox and she is great at listening to what I want (natural look) and achieving the desired effect. Ashley & Shayna at the front desk are so helpful and sweet. I really don’t think you can go wrong with choosing a practitioner because you can really see the owner’s deliberate approach to building her team. If you’re in the market for any of their services, I couldn’t recommend them more and have personally referred numerous friends and colleagues. Thank you Defy!
I love the custom facial at Defy. I tell everyone my monthly visit with Jennifer is the perfect over-50 hack. Not only is it a relaxing hour away from the world, but my skin has never looked better. Everyone at Defy is friendly and welcoming. I have had facials at a lot of the usual suspects in DC and Defy and Jennifer are by far the very best.
I have loved every service I have received so far! I have gone to Jennifer for my facials 4x now and each one gets better. I had a hydrofacial done right before my engagement party (which worried me a little since I am acne prone with sensitive skin) and my skin was the best it has ever looked. Jennifer completely customizes the facials to meet my needs and introduced me to some new skincare products for my routine. I can't wait to keep coming back and try new treatments!
I absolutely love Defy Aesthetics! The office is beautiful, spotless, and so welcoming from the moment you walk in. The front desk staff is incredibly friendly and makes you feel comfortable right away. Jenny does a fabulous job with my Botox — she’s professional, knowledgeable, and always makes sure everything looks natural and perfect. I couldn’t be happier with my results. I’ll definitely be going back again and again!
