I’ve been a loyal client of Dermagrafix in Doylestown for the past four years, and I truly can’t say enough about my experience. I’ve worked with both Val and Kristy, and their expertise, care, and artistry have made a meaningful difference in my life. I first came in after chemotherapy left me without brows, which really impacted my confidence. I often found myself hiding behind large eyeglasses in public. After getting bifusion brows with Kristy, the transformation was incredible. My brows look natural and beautiful, and I finally felt like myself again. I then saw Val for microneedling treatments to help reduce significant abdominal scarring from surgery. Over time, the scars have softened, faded, and become much less noticeable. Most recently, I had the whiplash eyeliner done by Val, and I’m extremely happy with the results. I look more awake and refreshed as soon as I wake up, and even at the gym or running errands without makeup, I feel more put together and confident. I continue to return and refer friends because of the consistent quality, professionalism, and genuine care. I highly recommend Dermagrafix to anyone considering permanent makeup or skin treatments.

I have been going to the Dermagrafix studio in Doylestown for a number of years. Valerie is the BEST! at what she does. After my initial bio-fusion brow permanent makeup, I have been back 2 additional times over 6 years. If your artist does the job flawlessly like Valerie, and you take care of them as instructed, this is right on target. Like everything else we do for ourselves, it's an investment in how we look and feel. The space is beautiful and CLEAN! All the instruments used are sterile like in a operating room. Valerie is lovely, inside and out. She consults then based on the consult outlines the brow shape which is then discussed to make sure you are satisfied with the overall look before she starts her magic. I have nothing but praise for Valerie, her staff and this location. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend Dernagrafix for any our permanent cosmetic needs.

I cannot thank Heather Jacques from Dermagrafix enough for the incredible work she did on my nipple tattoos after my double mastectomy and breast reconstruction surgery. After going through breast cancer, this was the final step in feeling whole again — and Heather made it such a positive and empowering experience. From the moment I walked in, she was kind, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. Her attention to detail, artistry, and understanding of what this means to survivors is truly unmatched. I first visited Dermagrafix about two years ago and I was very pleased with my results back then. I just had my eyebrows re done this past September. I was not as happy this time around with my results. I called a week after explaining that I followed the instructions. It took several messages for someone to get back to me. After they finally got back to me they told me to give it a few weeks and they would check in. They never did. I then reached out again and they again did not get back to me. I had to reach out to them again. Then she followed up and said OK it will cost more money. You can come back in. Why should it cost more money?. I’m originally from Doylestown. I traveled two hours. My friend recommended Dermagrafix. I find it very interesting that they’re easy to get a hold of when you have to send money. Very disappointed with my experience I will not be going to Dermagrafix in the future.
