I gladly drive an hour and a half just to see Sabina. She’s truly wonderful. She takes the time to listen and thoughtfully works with exactly what you’re looking for. She never oversells or makes you feel uncomfortable, which makes the whole experience so reassuring. Sabina is my forever injector. And the front desk staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, too.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after multiple incidents, I feel I have to share my experience. I recently canceled my membership after being burned by their IPL treatments three separate times. The first incident was caused by improper technique from a technician (who later left the company). It resulted in a blister on my chin, which was painful and left my skin extremely sensitive，even til now. Despite this, I chose to move on at the time. The second burn occurred last summer and left multiple crescent-shaped marks on my face. After inspection, I was told the issue came from a damaged IPL handpiece. I was refunded for that session. Despite this, I continued monthly visits because I trusted my technician. Unfortunately, just last week, I experienced another burn, again leaving visible scratch-like marks. After checking, it was once again attributed to a machine issue. At this point, I cannot continue to tolerate repeated injuries caused by equipment problems. IPL was the main reason for my membership, yet the machines at this location have repeatedly malfunctioned, causing damage to my skin and leaving marks that should never have happened. What is even more disappointing!!!!! I never received a call, message, or email apology after any of these incidents Refunds were only provided when I explicitly asked for them This is unacceptable for a professional Medspa. Dermani is a chain, so I STRONGLY RECOMMEND CONSIDERING OTHER LOCATIONS or providers with better maintenance standards and more experienced technicians. Please take your skin seriously. I went in hoping to improve my skin, but instead ended up with multiple burn marks. If zero stars were an option, I would give zero！ STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!! BE CAREFUL!!!!

Ginger had Botox done with Sabina at MEDSPA in Duluth, and she couldn’t be happier with the experience. She had been going to a plastic surgeon before, but wanted something closer to home with more reasonable pricing—and Sabina exceeded her expectations on every level. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything, made her feel completely comfortable, and offered an excellent price without sacrificing quality. The results turned out beautifully—natural, refreshed, and exactly what I was hoping for. Ginger absolutely will be coming back for future treatments and will be recommending Sabina to friends and family. If you’re considering Botox, she’s definitely worth it!

I had a great experience at Dermani MEDSPA®. The staff is incredibly kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I received Botox treatment and was very pleased with the results and the level of care provided. The team was attentive and made sure everything was explained clearly, which I truly appreciated. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and will definitely continue to support this company. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality service and a welcoming environment.
