I took my son here for a skin condition he developed. The Doctor was fine when we met her it was the after care that has me fuming. The suggested home remedy treatment they advised for me did not work. I called the nurse line to get a prescription, and also put a message in the portal requesting the prescription, did not hear back from them with either form of communication for days . Then when they did reply via portal (never received a phone call) it was only stating the medication discussed at our visit and that he could get it; never sent it to our pharmacy. It took about a week in a half of me messaging and calling them, they never answered only allowed to leave VM, for them to finally send his prescription tot he pharmacy. We had to pay to over night the medication because we were getting ready for vacation. Got the medication in time and used it on our trip. He had a horrible reaction to the medication. Again, I called and wrote in the portal regarding his skin blistering and peeling and no call back no message and it has now been two weeks I have been waiting. I had to get my son a new dermatologist and take the medication to her to have her help us. They are either severely understaffed or just do not care what happens once you leave the office. Very bad experience

Poor customer service experience. This was my first time calling to make an appointment, and unfortunately, the experience was awful. The woman in scheduling, April, was extremely rude and showed a complete lack of professionalism and basic customer service. As the first point of contact for the office, this kind of interaction leaves a very negative impression. Honestly, it makes me question whether I even want to keep the appointment. I hope the practice takes this feedback seriously and improves how patients are treated from the very first interaction.

Been coming here for 10+ years and they’re the best!! Marisa and Gina are wonderful, very knowledgeable, and so friendly! I’ve referred many friends, and they all have great experiences as well!

The mistreatment of patients is incredible; there is not the slightest respect or consideration shown to them. My wife needed a medication refill; I called for five days straight and left messages, but no one ever returned my call. Then I tried using "Option 1" to request an appointment and pleaded with them to help me get the prescription. They told me they would speak to Dr. Adriana Rodriguez and call me back to confirm, but that never happened. It is the worst patient service I have ever seen in my 67 years of life.
