My honest opinion. I don't like the way you ask first if I'm satisfied or dissatisfied before being able to leave my review. That seems like cheating. I work in dentistry and I get it, you only want to get good reviews. But you need to hear the negative too. That being said...I had the best experience ever at a dermatologist. I have really struggled to find one I trust. Derrick was VERY dishonest in my opinion. Your practice made me feel comfortable and I truly believed you were making recommendations due to genuine concern and knowledge. Specifically, Lauren Boshnick was my doctor and she was wonderful. I was referred to her by a dental patient and she did not disappoint. Turns out, the spot I was concerned about was cancer. I just had mohs surgery this week by Dr Levin. He was amazing. I am very satisfied with my experience there and have already referred several people. Thank you for the great patient care you offer.... It's priceless!
My experience with IG-SRT (GentleCure), given to me by Radiation Therapist Sandy Mitchell, was very good. Sandy was wonderful, always on time, friendly and helpful with any questions that I had. She explained things thoroughly. If anyone is considering GentleCure, I would recommend SANDY and Dermatology Specialists of IL. Don't be afraid. I'm only 6 weeks post -treatments, and I can barely see where I was treated.
Fabulous group of Team Members, from the front desk to the medical team they are friendly, professional and make me feel special. Jenna Raju my PA is great, always has time to listen and easy to talk with and understanding her treatment plan. I am normally in and out and have never had to wait more than a few minutes. Great dedicated team of professionals.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just had my first visit with Dr. Marianne Rao and I'm thoroughly impressed. From the moment she walked in, it was clear I was in the hands of a true expert. She quickly identified the issue, explained exactly what was going on and why, and laid out a clear treatment plan I feel completely confident in. It's rare to leave a first appointment feeling this well taken care of. If you're looking for a dermatologist who truly knows her craft, Dr. Rao is the one.
