I have suffered with my weight most of my life. As a young child, I was overweight and made fun of as early as 2nd grade. My mom told me one day I would grow out of it. My dad told me that our ancestral DNA dictated that large stomachs were common in our family. Ugh. As an adult in my mid 30s, I began to workout at the gym, run miles a day, restrict my calories, tried Keto, and found that my body would respond, but only for a short period of time. I found myself gaining the weight right back. I recently found myself in my late 60s, with considerable back and hip pain, out of shape, and at the heaviest weight of my life! I had to do something new. I would not live the rest of my life miserable. My wife had lost 40 pounds using Monjaro injections over the last two years! Maybe that was my answer? My wife found a medical treatment clinic for me, I made an appointment and went. This might be my last chance. From the moment I entered Doctors’ Weight Loss Center & Medical Spa, in Largo, FL, I felt a sense of trust in the doctors and staff, and confidence that this was where I would begin and defeat my weight loss battle. After a thorough evaluation, Jenny set me up with a regime of Tirzepatide injections with B-12, and so my journey began. I am now on my 10th week of treatment. I have lost close to 20 lbs and have experienced a renewed sense of wellbeing. I am sleeping better, moving better, my back pain has eased by at least 50% and I am not experiencing any hip pain. I am exploring the Keto diet again, and find that the weekly injections make it so much easier to stay on it and enjoy it, since my appetite and cravings for unhealthy foods have been suppressed! I have also become more active, riding my recumbent bike daily. I cant say enough about the doctors and staff at Doctors’ Weight Loss Center & Medical Spa. From their weekly emails checking on me and my progress, encouraging me and cheering me on, to the monthly in-person check-ups at the center by the highly qualified, caring and friendly staff, the experience has been phenomenal! Five stars, easily. I started GLP injections at this center and the whole experience has been better than I expected. From the first visit, the staff took time to actually explain how everything works, what to expect week to week, and they answered every question without rushing me. You can tell they care about getting it right rather than just moving people through. The process itself has been smooth and comfortable, and I’ve felt genuinely supported the whole way…they check in, adjust as needed, and make sure I’m doing well. The results have been strong and I feel like I’m in good hands. Highly recommend to anyone considering it.

The Largo weight loss office pretty much changed my life. Their great motivation, education & advice has helped me lose well over 30 lbs. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to make a change. I’m 46yo, was 204 (ish) & now 169 & maintaining.
