I’ve had such a great experience at this dermatology office. From the moment you walk in, everything feels organized, clean, and welcoming. The providers are incredibly knowledgeable and take the time to really listen to your concerns. I never feel rushed during my appointments, and they always explain treatments and options clearly. I also want to mention the young girl at the front desk — she is so warm and welcoming. She greets everyone with a smile, is patient when answering questions, and makes the check-in and check-out process smooth and stress-free. It truly makes a difference to be welcomed so kindly when you arrive. Overall, the entire team is professional, friendly, and attentive. Originally, was sent here by my primary, who had nothing but nice things to say about the doctor. I was truly excited to go in for what seemed to appear a rash/acne on my face that wasn't going away. Doctor Dy didn't even spend more than 5 minutes examining me. With a harsh tone: "you have rosacea, there's nothing we can do about it... You can buy some of the products I sell." She gave me a lotion that didn't do anything and was VERY insistant on checking my insurance and referral. Even though I already had given all the info to the receptionist and verfied it. Mind you, I have a very good insurance, so I don't know if she was just profiling me. Anyway, after that initial visit, I ended up going to a different derm who then said to me, "There's no way that's rosacea." He ended up giving me an actual treatment plan and the rash/acne went away after 2 days and has never been back since.
Dr. Dy and her entire team are the best! I came to Dr. Dy to prep for my daughter’s wedding. The consultation I had with Dr. Dy was thorough and very informative. Dr. Dy took time listening to my concerns and gave me a very thoughtful treatment plan. The care I received at Dy Dermatology went above and beyond my dreams. Day of wedding, everyone was complementing me on how refreshed and wonderful I looked. If you’re looking for a Doctor who will truly want the best for you, look no further than Dr. Dy!
