I was referred to this dermatologist by my primary care doctor for a minor skin issue, and honestly, I got the medical equivalent of a participation trophy. Dr. Elias performed the absolute bare minimum - like he was checking a box just to say he showed up. Zero urgency, zero seriousness, and about as much problem-solving effort as a participation ribbon. Instead of examining my skin, he seemed far more fascinated by the brand of my shirt and pants. Congrats, Doc - you nailed the fashion consult, but my actual issue? Still waving at me in the mirror. To add insult to ineffectiveness, the office has been aggressively chasing me for the co-pay for months, like debt collectors with stethoscopes. If only they pursued skin conditions with the same tenacity. Save your time (and copay). Go literally anywhere else. This place treats clothes better than patients.
Dr Merrick Elias is absolutely wonderful! He is extremely professional and did a very thorough check up on my body and went through everything with me, making me feel very comfortable. He is very knowledgeable and really cares about his patients. His office staff is super friendly as well and were able to fit me into the schedule quickly. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Elias!
Excellent experience. Highly recommend. Using the digital system via text and Klara to set up an appointment and handle document exchange was seamless and efficient. Office team members were welcoming and diligent in their duties. Doctor Elias was friendly and engaged making the experience pleasant and a breeze. Thanks again and see you in a few weeks.
I went for skin tags removal , I was charged 150$ of pocket , when I asked if they can run it through the insurance, they said they couldn’t because it would not be covered, and they would not even run it. I got a bill showing they had charge both of my insurance companies and now they also want to charge a co-pay ,I was not advised of this that they will charge for office visit. I tried to dispute it in vain. Stay away !!they expect for patients to know everything and sign into a portal!! I will never go back there!! Go elsewhere
