I have been going to Ms. Tishna since I was just 13 years old, starting with threading and waxing my very bushy eyebrows and upper lip, and I truly cannot imagine trusting anyone else with my skin. From day one, she has always had my best interest at heart, carefully guiding me toward what was appropriate for my age and skin needs, never once being pushy about products or services. That level of honesty and care is so rare. Over the years, Ms. Tishna and her amazing team have literally watched me grow up, supporting me through so many phases of life while consistently providing the absolute best care any young girl could ask for. I’ve received a wide range of services, including dermaplaning, laser hair removal, extractions, Glow2 facials, and regular facials—and every single experience has been exceptional. Ms. Tishna herself is one of the most comforting, kind, and genuinely lovely people you will ever meet. She has a way of instantly making everyone feel relaxed, confident, and completely at ease. Because of the incredible consistency and quality of care, I have confidently recommended her and her team to countless friends and family members, all of whom have had amazing experiences as well. This local business means so much to me. They’ve been there through so many chapters of my life, and that kind of trust and longevity is truly priceless. I wholeheartedly encourage anyone considering any service to give them a try—you will be treated with care, professionalism, and warmth, and you will leave feeling amazing every single time.

Follow-up to the response below: so you are saying after the discount my price is 3600, in what world that is discounted price. If the person told me that she is obeying me previous month price not putting me current month price and suddenly says next month we can’t obey you. And to tell you nobody called me to explain that they have made mistake other wise I would not even come for second visit. I would end my treatment at your place with first visit. I felt embarrassed talking in front my child and all the other customers last time so before I go for third I called earlier still the price was not properly cleared you are all good everything is taken care we already spoke between us.I said thank you and I went today then everything back to zero, I still agreed to 550 at some point today. But they are not ready to accept. The thing is prices are way high then mile radius around me. If outside others are charging 100 they are charging 500 for same service. It’s not like they only have this equipment others also have similar equipment or advanced. It’s my bad I have done all the research later. I choose this place because I am only mile away. The people don’t clarify before properly and then after the treatment they say here is the bill. who are paying my bills. It’s not fun getting embarrassed in front of everybody on money. Today the owner was there still she dint care to resolve the issue personally by talking to customer. she was like saying to her employees sort it out means take the money and send her out. I don’t need to write this big review if she spoke to me when there is chaos happening. That’s when I felt like I will come out and write my review. I don’t Think they know what customer service is actually. Rating:0 I give this place zero rating because of how they mentioned the price for me. If someone mentioned the price first time and I agree to it then I will obey whatever the amount I have to pay but They agreed to one price on first visit and I started taking treatment and then when I go for second month they say sorry I can’t obey the price because my boss did not agree to it. This discussion is after I am done with second treatment, I am going back and forth on how they agreed to one price and how they shifted to new price which is not small amount it is 2k more. I said I can’t pay this much, if they say earlier I would quit on first treatment it self and go find other places there are other places near me who can do same service lot cheaper but I decided this place it is closer to me and convenient. because the second treatment is done before the discussion I had to pay and interestingly on her computer the charges are way lower than what she mentioned. After she charged me for two treatments which is 2nd and next appointment 3rd one I asked her why her computer is showing different charges, she is no no no I will take care of it you can go, it is different. I went to home feeling like any way she charged like first treatment that’s okay I will talk to her before 3rd appointment, this time I called before third appointment to make sure I am like I don’t want to pay more if you charge more I will not come for my third appointment she is like no it will be actually less. I said thank you and went for third session and this time also after the 3rd session completed she is like no it is going to be same the person got confused. I felt so stupid how these people are running the business with out being professional, never come a crossed like this stupidity. How can they think everyone has money they say, if I don’t like the charge then I will find another place in the first place they are like you have to give 2k more for remaining sessions otherwise if you quit you have to pay full amount before discount for the treatments you had, I was like screw you, take the money and I am not coming to your place again.learn how to do the business first before even doing it. Ridiculous…I ended up paying 2100 for three sessions. Very very very bad experience. And I had go through this in front of my teen daughter.

I do not recommend this place. They were unprofessional and in particular the manager(?) was extremely rude bordering on verbally abusive. I had originally booked a facial a few months ago and they had cancelled on me THREE separate times. They cancelled last minute by the way, so wasted so much time and gas money driving to the location. I asked for a refund but they kept rescheduling, promising I will be seen the next time. After the third time, they promised me a free total experience for my inconvenience. I went and had my facial done and the lady doing my service (who was the manager apparently?) offered extra add-ons. At the end of my experience she asked payment, and I tried to explain that I was promised a free experience. She immediately flew off the handle and started yelling at me in front of the other employees and customers. I became so embarrassed and I offered to just pay and leave and she started verbally berating me even MORE and kicked me out of the store. I have never had such a terrible experience at ANY retail establishment in my whole life. It was the fault of the establishment that I was inconvenienced three separate times; I wanted a refund from the beginning, they were the ones that pushed the free experience on me, promising me to make up for it. To turn around and be verbally abusive is extremely unprofessional. Word of advice: if you are going to berate a customer, at least make sure you are morally in the right.

I know of EC Aesthetics through a local friend and will be coming back again and again! Tishna and the team there have been amazing to work with and are always willing to take the time to listen to my questions and concerns. I have gotten laser AND skin care here (Derma-plane and Facials). My sister and friends also go there now based on my results!
