I had a good overall experience at this clinic. The doctor and all the staff were very kind, professional, and attentive. They made me feel comfortable during my visit. However, I believe they should be more transparent about pricing before providing any services. It’s important for patients to know in advance what they will be responsible for paying, especially when they assume certain services will be covered by insurance. Clear communication about costs beforehand would make the experience much better and avoid any unexpected charges.

I am beyond grateful to Enchantress Dermatology, especially Zuzel and Elizabeth. Since 2023, I suffered from the worst allergic reaction of my life. After multiple Miami ER visits and several failed rounds of Prednisone, Dr. Zuzel was the only one capable of finding an effective treatment and guiding me through the entire recovery process. If you are dealing with chronic skin issues, I highly recommend this clinic and its amazing team. You will finally get the results you need.
