They simply cannot get their act together. I’ve stood outside with an appointment, doors locked banging on the door until the one person there who was the injector let me in then waited almost an hour for her to be done w the patient before me. That was Erin and she was great now she’s gone. They keep switching their computer and phone system, I’ve been trying for 3 days to get someone to actually complete a conversation with me and book an appointment. Thee don’t even have an in house injector now, they have injectors just “filling in”. Erin was incredible but now I have to find someone else. Can’t even take calls or book appointments, keep injectors. Just close already.
I was very happy with the procedures that done on me. I want to thank Eddie for his knowledge and taking his time explaining to me what the CO2 procedure is all about. I want to thank Karla for doing micro needling vampire on me. And lastly to Chris. He answered my phone calls and my messages less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend this place for any skin treatment you want to achieve!
WONDERFUL! Absolutely wonderful experience here this past weekend w Carolyn, who did my Co2 cool peel laser. Carolyn is so knowledgeable, gentle and personable. I felt comfortable the entire time- and I'm healing great. I can't wait to head back next month to continue the progress w my skin- I'm barely healed and it already looks so good! Thank you!
Left on read .. please don’t advertise on Groupon and then have no working number… sketchy. Businesses who want to create “deals” for people to bring clients in, then ghost the text or have no working number is highly unprofessional when there are thousands of competitors. Good luck 🍀 lol
