Working with Dr. Adonis pardo and his staff has been a great experience. They're always very welcoming to their clinic, which is very clean and welcoming. They take the time to listen to you and give you their professional perspective as to the different treatments that they offer, offering the pros, the cons, or, as I like to say, the good, the bad, and the ugly. They answer all my questions and make sure that I understood everything that they were explaining to me.

Amazing experience from start to finish! The doctor was so patient, kind, and professional. He took the time to explain everything and made me feel completely comfortable. On April 10th I paid $412 for Botox with Dr. Pardo. My original touch-up appointment was scheduled for April 21st. When I realized I would be traveling that day, I called ahead to reschedule. The receptionist gave me a new appointment for Monday April 20th at 1:00 PM. I arrived on time to find the office completely dark and closed. I called three times and left messages — no one ever responded. When I posted my review, someone named Orestes called me claiming they had many clients on April 21st and that I simply never showed up — completely ignoring the fact that my appointment had been changed to April 20th. During that call he mentioned that they are closed on Mondays — unknowingly confirming his own staff's scheduling error. I felt that the purpose of this call was to intimidate me rather than to take responsibility for their mistake. To make matters worse, a physician in Argentina evaluated me 22 days post-injection and documented with photos that the Botox had virtually no visible effect. Beyond all the controversy, the reality is simple: I lost $412 and my time. That is what matters at the end of the day. It is not my intention to attack Dr. Pardo personally, but I believe he should be aware of how his front desk staff is managing appointments and handling patient concerns. A practice that charges premium prices should have basic administrative accountability. Update: The incorrect date in my original review was my own error, which I corrected. I have the email I sent on the 21st at 1:17pm documenting that I called three times, left messages, and waited at the door on Monday the 20th — none of my calls were ever returned. I never requested any compensation — I accepted losing $412. It was Orestes who contacted me asking me to remove this review. I have his text messages thanking me for considering doing so. When I refused, today I received text and voice messages with serious insults, which I have saved. My intention was never to attack Dr. Pardo but to honestly document my experience as a patient.

I had an amazing experience at this spa with Dr. Adonis Pardo. I get Botox and other aesthetic procedures done here, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Everything is done very professionally, with great attention to detail and patient care. Dr. Pardo is knowledgeable, gentle, and truly takes the time to explain each procedure, which made me feel very comfortable and confident. The staff is friendly, the environment is clean and relaxing, and the results always look natural. I highly recommend this spa — they are simply the best!
