My face was ruined by Botox, My lips look pinched when I talk or eat in the center, The corners drooped and are uneven, My eyebrows are heavy --the point I requested was not even addressed. Constant headaches. After all you're left to deal with the blame for the poor injection. I am currently seeking another place to correct it, people are asking what happened to my face and they have to keep wearing a mask because my mouth doesn't look normal with the motion and it should be flushed with saline but they don't use this technique here. . Additionally, I am dissatisfied with the customer service and how they handled the issue, shifting the responsibility onto me. I have always taken picture and references; I've been getting Botox for over 10 years. I was new to this town, otherwise, I wouldn't have chosen a new injector. Problems only arise when I travel for several months and I need to get Botox regularly. . I typically visit medical clinics rather than spas, but this was the only option available in Darien with Allergan. Unfortunately, I regret getting the Botox done; everyone is asking what happened to my face, and now I have to wait to have it corrected elsewhere, while I have a business schedule and a trip to make in the next 10 days. By far worst experience I ever had and I did not receive a readable copy of my records and got ghosted. My advice when you travel wait till you get back to your own medical plastic surgeon don't go with commercial places unless it's a medical clinic. The office response represents the runaround and lack of credibility.
