I had an excellent experience with Dr Faulkner and entire team .from the consultation to the follow up. My doctor truly listened to my concerns and wanted me to be happy with my results. When I still had a line between my brows after my first treatment they scheduled a follow up appointment and provided an additional Botox touch up at no extra charge . Highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a skilled,caring and professional provider.
The front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. They were able to answer all my questions. Dr. Faulkner has excellent bedside manner made me feel comfortable with the pending surgery that was required. Once my basal cell carcinoma was removed from my upper lip. He did an excellent job at the reconstructive surgery and the healing is going spectacular.
I felt warmly welcomed by Dr. Faulkner and his entire team from the very first contact. Dr. Faulkner took the time to truly listen to me and discuss possible solutions. He was clear, thorough, and compassionate, and he immediately inspired a great deal of confidence and trust. I highly recommend him and his team.
Dr. Faulkner is an amazing person. So gentle. I honestly thought he was a friend and I knew him my whole life. Amazing team. I went in scared I might need serious surgeries, but I came home totally relieved and relaxed. Absolutely the most humble and gentle family.
