I had labiaplasty and cleft narrowing done by Dr. Sue Kafali and I couldn’t be more happy with my results. My experience overall was fabulous, I came from out of town so because after a lot of research I concluded she would be the best and I was right. Pre op was very simple and they gave clear instructions. The day of my surgery it went very smooth, and they were very punctual where I was not just sitting around nervous and waiting. The anesthesiologist was also amazing! When I woke up they took great care of me and overall my pain was none. Klaudia helped me through the entire process, she was absolutely amazing and answered every question I had. She was very good at communicating and also checking in. I am one week post opp and I am already so happy with my results. I can easily say this was the best money I will EVER spend on myself. I will update if needed with my results but even with my swelling I am already just so beyond happy. Thank so much I am so entirely grateful - this surgery changed my life! If you are debating just do it you will NOT regret it!
Dr. Kafali, Nurse Krystal, Klaudia and the entire team I worked with were absolutely the BEST! This process was nerve wracking, but they made sure they walked me through everything & I always had someone to answer my questions and walk me through the whole process! Dr. Kafali truly cares about her patients & so does her entire team! During the recovery process, Nurse Krystal would check in, make sure I was doing okay & made sure I never felt alone at any point (she even answered my texts at 10pm at night about a concern I had)! They truly have such high quality of standard, high quality care , and care about keeping confidentiality, especially about sensitive topics! I would absolutely recommend Dr. Kafali & her team to anyone who might be nervous about something as big as having surgery!
I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Kafali and her entire team. From the very beginning, I felt truly cared for, respected, and understood. This was a very personal journey for me, and they made me feel completely comfortable every step of the way.
