I recently got a treatment with Olga. It is difficult to find a fair price with someone who does the job so beautifully. I feel fortunate to have found someone who is so excellent with beauty treatments. There are people out there who are not as good nor as professional. My friends have gone here too and she has always done such good work.
Extremely Disappointed Deceptive Practices and Unethical Conduct !! As a business owner who values professionalism and integrity, I was shocked by my recent experience at this cosmetic clinic I came in for a lip filler treatment, and at the end of my appointment, I was scheduled for a follow-up visit two weeks later. I was explicitly told this follow-up would be free of charge and was intended to assess the results and make any necessary adjustments to ensure symmetry and satisfaction. When I arrived for the follow-up, Olga noticed that my lower lip was not symmetrical and made a correction. However, when I tried to leave, she suddenly demanded $850 for the correction — despite it being part of the original treatment plan. I was held there for over an hour, pressured and unable to leave, until I agreed to pay $450 just to get out of the situation. This was an extremely distressing and unprofessional experience. I expected to be treated with respect and honesty, but instead, I felt manipulated and coerced. What should have been a routine follow-up turned into a high-pressure sales trap. This is not how a reputable business operates. I strongly urge others to reconsider before trusting this clinic. I demand a full refund for the amount I was forced to pay under pressure.
I got my lips done with Olga a month ago and im already on my third syringe! that should tell you something. She is amazing!!! Takes her time to examine every inch of your face to give you the best results. Such a sweet lady too. I recommend her so much. You guys won’t regret it!!!
Olga is a fantastic medical provider. She is professional and takes her time with my concerns. She is also kind and friendly. I have been going to Olga for several years for Botox and fillers and I would never trust anyone else to touch my face. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to enhance their beauty!!!
