Before going to this place, I received a price quote by email, and since the price range seemed reasonable, I went ahead to get the treatment I had chosen. However, they told me that the price they had given me for 3 treatments was actually for just 1 treatment. I showed them the email I received and specifically asked, and they confirmed it was for 3 treatments. They then said that incorrect information had been given, and on top of that, they asked me to pay a $50 consultation fee. I was there because of the wrong information they gave, and there was not even an attempt to make up for it—on the contrary, they still asked me to pay. I absolutely do not recommend them.
I have been a customer of Sollay for the last 7 years and come here for all my high-maintenance skin care needs such as hair laser removal, microneedling, chemical peels, and more! The staff is absolutely remarkable from the front desk staff, Lashonda, to Dr. Hana, who completes all the main services! The price point here is affordable and they are always running monthly specials. The quality of service is truly exceptional! Highly recommend!!
I love Sollay Medical! It's always nice to see Lashonda's smiling face when I walk in and she is very pleasant all the time which makes the visit even better. I have been treated nothing less than exceptional when I arrive for my appointments. They are very accommodating and nice. Dr. Hana is so friendly and welcoming. She made me feel empowered to take my health more seriously and I am forever grateful for that push.
