The staff is always kind, supportive, and responsive whenever I had questions, and my recovery went so smoothly thanks to their care and guidance. I’m so grateful I chose this practice and would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering a surgical or cosmetic procedure.

I recently had an upper and lower blepharoplasty with Dr. A at Hass Plastic Surgery, and I truly couldn’t be happier with my experience. I highly recommend Dr. Andrea Hass . She is a phenomenal ophthalmic surgeon and truly the only person I trust with cosmetic injections near the eyes, like Botox and Dysport. The practice also does a nice job with skin treatments—their peels and laser therapies are very professional and well done.

I called and "requested" to speak to a "Surgical Coordinator" to ask specific detailed medical questions about a procedure i was interested in to feel more comfortabe moving foward. Understanding thats not the typical person a new paient speaks with, it was still a patient request they refused to accomodate!!!!! The receptionist insisted that i speak with the "patient co-ordinator" with zero medical degrees and tried to "herd" me into a direction i wasnt interested in going. Point is, the needs for every patient may differ and this place had zero intrest in accomodating what i wanted and needed to feel comrtable to move foward as new patient. I am actually in the medical field and have been for a very long time! There are places out there that will make accomodations for a patient to feel comfortable regardless of how obsurb some requests may be. This place is not that!
