If you have hooded eyes def don’t recommend.. I initially had high hopes and was very pleased with how friendly and welcoming the staff was. However, I’m unfortunately not satisfied with my results. I specifically asked for a lifted brow because I have hooded eyes and wanted to look more awake and less tired. Instead, I ended up with a smoother forehead but even more hooded eyes, which was the opposite of what I was hoping for. I returned for my two-week follow-up, and rather than addressing my concerns, the injector added more product and charged me again—but it still didn’t improve the outcome. I understand that results can vary from person to person, but I would have truly appreciated honesty from the start. If achieving my desired look wasn’t possible, I wish she had simply told me she might not be the right injector for me. I would have respected that much more. After my second appointment, I became concerned because my right eye appeared more closed. I reached out that same night, hoping for a response the next day, but I never heard back—not even a follow-up to check on my results or satisfaction. Overall, I’m very disappointed. I paid $480 and ended up with more hooded eyes and only a smooth forehead, which was not my goal. If this is the injector’s specialty, that’s completely fine—but it’s not what I asked for. For that reason, I would not recommend this place, especially for those with almond-shaped, hooded eyes.

I called to confirm my appointment but no one answered the phone. I arrived 20mins prior to my appointment and there was no one to help me until I called someone. I was in a time crunch but didn’t get seen until late into my appointment. I waited for an hour and had to leave. I couldn’t reschedule because once again… there was no one to assist me.
