I came across Heidi's business advertised on Facebook & I was very curious. I had never heard of the treatment cryotherapy & had questions. She reached out to me in a timely manor & explained (in a way I could understand) how the treatment worked, also ways to prepare for it & what to expect. She helped me feel confident with my decision to try it. As soon as I got to her shop I noticed how clean & well put together her space was, along with her friendly demeanor this had me feeling welcomed & comfortable right away. It relaxed me & I was truly able to enjoy this experience from the beginning until the end. You can tell she is truly passionate about what she does, I would highly recommend Heidi's services & I already have!
