HoneMD Med Spa Huntington Beach is the second studio of HoneMD, an injectables-focused med spa that began in Torrance. It is in Suite 101 at 7801 Center Avenue in Huntington Beach and serves the North Orange County coast, including Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Fountain Valley, Westminster, Seal Beach, Sunset Beach, Garden Grove, Long Beach, Cypress and Los Alamitos. Treatments are given by HoneMD's licensed aesthetic injectors, to protocols written by Medical Director Shawn Abrishamy, MD, and under his oversight. The studio takes the same conservative-dose-first approach as Torrance, with a treatment plan and a published price agreed before anything begins.
The Huntington Beach studio carries the full HoneMD menu. Wrinkle relaxers treat forehead lines, frown lines, crow's feet and the masseter, from $7.99 a unit for new clients or a flat price per area from $99. Dermal filler covers the lips, cheeks, chin, jawline and smile lines, with lip filler (Restylane or Juvederm) from $499 a syringe on a first visit and a complimentary two-week follow-up, and Sculptra ($699) is offered as a collagen-stimulating biostimulator that builds volume gradually. Skin treatments include microneedling, the Vampire Facial (PRF microneedling, $499 for a first visit), Aquagold micro-infusion facials ($599), the Perfect Derma chemical peel and red light therapy, and PRF hair restoration is offered for thinning hair.
HoneMD also runs a wellness line at both studios: peptide therapy (from $176), NAD+ injections ($95 or $165 a session) and B12 shots ($35 a session), each started after a free 45-minute visit with a nurse practitioner and reviewed at 90 days. Medical weight loss runs as a separate program with its own intake. Consultations are free, financing is available through Cherry and PatientFi, and the studio is open Wednesday 10 am to 6 pm, Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturday 9 am to 3:30 pm. The Torrance studio, at 23451 Madison Street, is about 25 minutes north.

It's new, on Center Ave right off the 405 by Bella Terra, so it was an easy drive from Costa Mesa. The NP who treated me went over exactly what she recommended and what she'd skip, and gave me the full price before anything started. No pressure or upselling. The injections were fast with almost no discomfort. Two weeks out my face and lips looked completely natural and plump, and after just a month I already started seeing new baby hair growing back. Calm, soothing, aesthetic atmosphere and easy parking. They also offer filler, GLP-1 weight loss injections, peptides, and filler. Already rebooked for right before my wedding!! Loved this place, can’t recommend enough!
