Chris was great for all the services I’ve now received. My first time meeting Chris was for full face of Botox. And having a gentle hand goes a long way when it comes to botox, Sculptra, and filler (my lips). Chris made me feel comfortable and happily answered any questions I had. I then came back for Microneedling to my face and neck and was very happy with the result. I recommend Chris to all my friends and will continue to be a happy client.

My initial appointment was booked through ClassPass. Despite multiple attempts to contact the office by phone, I was unable to reach anyone. While I successfully scheduled the appointment, it was subsequently rescheduled without my prior knowledge, and on the day of the appointment, I was unavailable due to a scheduled flight. The office (chris) notified me of the rescheduling via text message. Subsequent attempts to contact them by phone were also unsuccessful. I was assured by an individual that accommodations would be made to reschedule my appointment. However, upon my return and subsequent communication via text, I received no response. Consequently, the payment was processed, and my attempts at follow-up were disregarded.
