Just left The ICON MD Medical Spa. It was my frist time visit. Simply put, without question, it was the best experience I have ever had at any medical spa. The front desk staff was very attentive, friendly, and professional. After filling out the required paperwork, I was introduced to Nurse Wendi Espinosa, who greeted me with an amazing million dollar sunshine smile and a wonderful demeanor, as if we were friends for years. I was escorted through the facility of which I found to be super clean, well designed, and pleasing to the eyes. Upon entering my asigned room, Ms. Espinoa explained everything in an disarming and easy to understand way. In my humble opinion, it takes real talent to put a person at ease and Ms. Espinoa is absolutely amazing at this. She is the best I have ever seen. The actual botox procedure went extremely well due to a very experienced technique. I later found out that Ms. Espinosa is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner which probably explains her high level of skill. In conclusion, I found ICON med spa to be far superior than your usual med spa, which was due to their above average expertise and people skilled staff that makes a visit to this spa a true experience it the best way possible...
