First time here for my older son and it was a nice experience. All the staff were very nice and helpful which should be the norm, but as we all know unfortunately it isn't in today's world. They had to treat his foot for a wart and while it was a little painful overall we definitely will be be using them in the future for our dermatology needs!
I am a new patient at IDI and I had a very good experience. The scheduling process was efficient using the AI phone rep. At the office Ellen was very helpful as I worked through the forms to provide information. I was examined by Lena Kramer PA who was assisted by Stephanie. Everyone was very friendly and Lena Kramer was patient answering my questions and provided great information regarding different treatments.
I receive excellent care with Lena Kramer. She is thorough and caring, and a very nice person. Two suggestions for the practice: It shouldn’t be so difficult to get someone on the phone to make an appointment or answer a question. Literally, I can never get through to a person. And I haven’t had much luck leaving messages on the portal either. Please bring back fabric gowns. Paper gowns are cheap, stupid, and they tear. Not to mention environmentally unfriendly. It can’t be overall that expensive to make your patients, feel more comfortable with a fabric gown.
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Stokar and his team. From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly kind, accommodating, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. What really stood out was their strong medical approach and attention to detail. They took the time to thoroughly evaluate my concerns, explain everything clearly, and ensure I fully understood my options. I never felt rushed, and it was clear they genuinely care about delivering thoughtful, high-quality care. It’s not always easy to find a provider who balances professionalism, expertise, and a great bedside manner—but this practice does exactly that. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dermatologist who is both thorough and truly patient-focused.
