I have been visiting Immense Wellness spa for quite some time now for both laser treatments and facials, and I couldn't be happier with my experiences. From the moment you walk in, the spa is welcoming, clean, and peaceful. The calming atmosphere makes it easy to relax. Kasia gave me my very first facial, and it was wonderful. She was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. The facial was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep! I left feeling refreshed, and my skin felt soft and hydrated. She also took the time to answer my questions and recommend products based on my skin without making me feel pressured. Sabrina has also been fantastic. Laser treatments aren't exactly relaxing, but she makes the experience as comfortable as possible. She's always friendly, works efficiently, and is very attentive to my comfort level throughout the treatment. I really appreciate how thoughtful she is in helping minimize any discomfort. Everyone I've met at the spa has been warm, friendly, and professional. It's clear they genuinely care about their clients, and I've always felt well taken care of. I highly recommend this spa and look forward to my future appointments!

I’ve been going to Sabrina for my laser sessions and she’s genuinely one of the friendliest people you’ll ever meet. She makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in, talks you through everything, and never rushes the process. She’s patient, gentle, and always checks in to make sure I’m okay. My results have been amazing, but honestly, her energy and kindness are what keep me coming back. She makes the whole experience feel easy and positive.
