My husband and I both had the cryotherapy for pain relief. He had for his hands and lower back and I for bilateral knees. She did both complementary today to try it out. OMG… it’s amazing. This is the first time I’ve been able to completely straighten my left knee in months and I can walk up and downstairs now without pain and basically hobbling! My husband’s right hand has been so painful from arthritis for so long now and immediately following this simple non-invasive procedure, he can close his hand completely and the pain is gone. Nurse Sharon is the cryo queen! We will definitely be back!!! If you’re in pain, I highly recommend her! I didn’t realize all the things available now to prevent suffering. Why put it off any longer! I had my first cryotherapy session with Sharon yesterday for TMJ. I've had problems since middle school and have had surgeries along the way with only temporary relief. The pressure and clenching in my jaw noticeably subsided during the treatment! When we compared before and after pictures, my jawline had already changed from decreasing the inflammation around my joint - in just one session! So happy to have found this quick, painless treatment for something that has bothered me all my life! I'm excited to see how continued treatments will help!

Chronic pain is awful. I have some sort of TMJD or cervical spine related issue that I have been dealing with for over 3 years now. There is always some layer of discomfort to moderate pain every day that filters the rest of my experiences. I'm at my wits end trying to check all the boxes to ditch the pain. My partner and I have spent thousands of dollars trying to fix potential underlying issues. I have had two splints made for me by two different endodontists. I have been to several dentists for bite adjustments. I have received red laser therapy, dry needling, massages, acupuncture. I have done my PT exercises and stretches and stress management tactics. I've even been to the local ENT. Local chiropractor. Thought the cause was a root canal that needed a crown. Didn't fix it. I have taken caffeine breaks, alcohol breaks, sugar breaks, taken magnesium supplements, vitamins, and hydrated. I've taken IB Profen, Naproxen, and other NSAIDs. The only time it feels moderately better is when I'm engaging in some sort of medium to high intensity workout. Or, sometimes it just won't hurt for four, five days. Then the pain cycle starts again. Sometimes PT helps. Sometimes it doesn't. My jaw pops and clicks, I have headaches, neckaches, ear fullness, soreness and tension all along my right side of my neck and face. Sometimes it feels like someone is standing on the right side of my face. Other times it just feels like someone is tightening a screw into the side of my temple. So - you can imagine anything that provides relief is a godsend. Sharon at Inner Radiance reached out to me and offered her help using cryotherapy. We didn't know if it would help - but we were gunna give it a shot. The process felt safe and I appreciated Sharon explaining the science behind it to me. I even, afterwards, did my own research and found cryotherapy as a TMJD tool has been published jn several journals as being extremely effective. I felt immediate improvement in my face - I will be honest and say it did not "fix" my issue but it provided such amazing pain relief. I plan to complete a few more sessions and see how things progress from there. It gave me hope. And if you are someone that has pain influencing their every day life, you get that. The cryotherapy was an instant pain relief! I have had pain since a recent fall resulting in a cervical sprain. The cryotherapy has been the only thing to help me feel relief. The price is very reasonable & results are impressive. Also love all the other services I see her for. Nurse Sharon is knowledgeable & simply the best!!
