The spa is quiet and calming. There is ample parking and the location is right off the freeway. The lobby is welcoming, complete with seating and infused water. I received a custom facial from Christina, who is not only knowledgeable and professional but also extremely helpful with preparing a treatment plan. The spa offers high quality products to assist in at home care between appointments. I haven’t found a better day spa in Kitsap County. I highly recommend Isella Day Spa!
Isella’s is truly an exceptional spa. Christina Jara has an incredible ability to know exactly what my skin needs and when it needs it. Her recommendations are always thoughtful, effective, and tailored specifically to me, never one-size-fits-all. She genuinely cares about my skin, and it truly shows. My skincare routine has been completely transformed, and I receive compliments on my skin all the time. I fully credit my skin’s health and glow to her expertise, honesty, and dedication.
I love this salon. I have had 2 facials with Jessie so far, and I fully intend on being a client as long as I live in this area. As soon as you walk in, it feels relaxed, it smells nice, and the bathrooms are great. Jessie is so fantastic, great service and she really pays attention to what your skin concerns are, what to target and tips for everyday maintenance. Shes a great conversationalist so the whole appointment is relaxed and comfortable. My most recent appointment I requested dermaplane as an add-on, and Jessie was super thorough and detail oriented, and I am really happy with my results. The products seem to agree with my skin really well also, and I don't have any redness or sensitivity to them.
All of the estheticians here are very knowledgeable on what to use on my skin. My face always feels wonderful when I leave. They are great at recommending the proper take-home products and how to tailor my daily skin regimen. I would absolutely recommend for anybody to go to to Isella Aesthetics. For a reference I've had dermaplaning, custom facials, chemical peels, micro channeling, and nano infusion.
