I had the most amazing facial from Alicia! I went thinking I would be receiving a facial like I’ve had in the past, however I was extremely surprised at how wonderful it was! She was so professional and I was so relaxed and happy with the process! I cannot say enough about the experience. I cannot wait to go back for another. I would recommend this spa to anyone seeking any of their services! It’s the BEST!!!
Island Retreat is my absolute go-to spa! The owner, Alicia, is a true gem, knowledgeable and professional. I had another facial with Nancy and am so pleased with her work! She listens to your concerns about your skin and provides a peaceful environment for your treatment. The facial, with dermabrasion, was so relaxing and my skin was glowing afterwards. My skin is clear and vibrant since seeing Nancy and I am already planning my next visit to see her!
This was my first time at Island Retreat and I just want to say that Linnea did an amazing job with my facial. She was very professional, I felt very relaxed, and my face feels amazing. I definitely recommend going to see Linnea and Alicia! I will definitely be going back!
I’ve come to Alicia for laser hair removal for years now - even when I was living in Boston, I would book my appointments around trips back to Portsmouth so I could continue to be an Island Retreat client! Alicia is warm, accommodating, and so great at what she does. The space is beautiful and has a spa-like atmosphere - they’re also so conscientious about booking you so you don’t feel rushed at the appointment. 10/10 recommend!
