I had a great experience at It's A Secret during a recent visit to Georgetown. I was in the area for work and wanted to get a facial. The manager, Amy, warmly greeted me and was very informative about skincare and what type of facial I should receive. She also helped me identify products I need to add to my routine, and I've already seen a difference since incorporating them into my daily routine. Sarah gave me a great facial - it was so relaxing, and she was a wealth of knowledge as well! I left looking glowy and feeling re-energized ahead of my meetings the next day. I will definitely be returning to this med spa!
I’ve been going to Shayna for all my treatments for years, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable. Her attention to detail and honest recommendations are what keep me coming back. I always leave happy with my results, and I can’t recommend her enough!
I am absolutely obsessed with It’s a Secret MedSpa. From their membership, to their services and exceptional nurses, estheticians and staff, this is hands down the go to spot in the DMV area for your aesthetic needs. I came in after I was referred by a former neighbor and had to check it out for myself. I purchased my membership after they had a Valentines Day event as their membership perks and deal was unbeatable and my results phenomenal. I have received unlimited full face Botox for facial balancing, weekly B-12 shots, monthly small area laser hair removal, monthly hydrafacials and the luxury of being pampered and spoiled by kindness and excellent service. Absolutely 10/10 recommend. I unfortunately am moving out of the area for the next 12 months but will be back and restarting my membership May 2027!
I got the tear trough fillers and my aesthetician was Shayna and SHE ROCKS!!!!! After only ONE session I saw a SIGNIFICANT difference in my fine Lines and dark circles under my eyes. Shayna was so helpful and knowledgeable in helping me pick the treatment that I needed as well as in educating me on the other treatments that were available. She showed me where I could improve my features using Botox and facial balancing . I’m officially hooked now!! I will be coming back to.her at Its a Secret Med Spa again and again. I’m putting it in my budget!! Its worth it to look and feel good!!
