Pretty disappointed with my first experience here. The appointment felt very rushed, and Dr. Timani stepped out to move on to another patient before all of my questions were answered. I understand that offices can be busy, but I expected to have enough time to discuss my concerns and get clear answers. I left feeling like my concerns weren’t fully addressed and that the visit felt more focused on getting to the next patient than providing thorough care. Update: I’m sharing the response I received from the doctor after posting my original review because I believe it provides important context about my experience. Instead of taking a moment to acknowledge a patient’s concerns or even attempt to understand why I left feeling dissatisfied, the doctor responded with these silly accusations. The issue was not simply how long I was in the exam room (the doctor was in the exam room for less than 15 minutes). My concern was that the appointment felt rushed and ended before I felt my concerns had been fully addressed. The fact that technology records the length of an appointment does not change how the interaction felt from my perspective. As a patient, I find her response to be even more concerning. Patients should be able to respectfully share their experiences and concerns without being characterized as malicious simply because their experience was negative. I’m posting the exchange so prospective patients can see how concerns are handled when an experience is less than positive, and make their own informed decision about whether they feel comfortable placing their trust in this doctor.

I went in as a referral for Mohs surgery having had a mole removed that proved to be melanoma in situ. The doctors were fantastic in giving me all the information I needed to choose to move ahead. The surgery itself was efficient, painless and fast. They even had quick turn around from pathology, clean margins first try. I could not be happier with my experience.

This is my final attempt after daysss of multiple attempts to reach your office over 4 consecutive business days and leaving voice mails when none of the IVR options get me to speak with ANYONE! the prescription communicated to us in office was different than what the pharmacy gave us. I'm giving only partial treatment to my son due to lack of communication or ability to return calls AT ALL. I think the doctors are good but nobody else works here. as all calls go unanswered and none of the voicemails are returned. I should have seen this coming when nobody answered the phone when I first called in to schedule but went ahead and scheduled an appointment online when I didn't get any response over phone. I'm sorry to say but this has been the most disappointing experiences with any medical facility till date.

Dr. Anna is truly an amazing doctor. If I could, I would give her 500 stars. Before we found Dr. Anna, my mother had seen nearly 20 different doctors and had been hospitalized several times, including at Northside, Piedmont South, and other hospitals. Unfortunately, we still couldn't find the right answer or treatment. My mother was suffering day and night from severe itching and Then we found Dr. Anna, and everything changed. After the very first treatment, we began to see improvement within just two or three days. Today, her itching and burning are under control. Dr. Anna continues to monitor her condition, and truly cares about her health and recovery. Dr. Anna is not only very knowledgeable and experienced, but she's also one of the kindest and most compassionate doctors we've ever met. She takes time with every patient, listens carefully, and explains everything clearly, making you feel like she genuinely cares about you. For our family, Dr. Anna finally brought relief after so much suffering. My mother always prays for her, and our whole family is truly grateful. We hope she continues to be successful and that her name becomes known everywhere, because she truly deserves it. We also want to give a special thank you to her entire staff. Everyone is so kind, respectful, helpful, and professional. They always do their best to help patients and create a warm, welcoming environment. They make you feel comfortable and cared for, and they always try to make patients leave with a smile. Dr. Anna and her whole team deserve far more than five stars. If 500 stars were possible, we'd give them 500. We highly recommend them.
