Just Injected is a medical aesthetics practice on Inwood Road in the Dallas Medical District. It was founded by Justine Lewis, APRN, FNP-C, a board-certified family nurse practitioner who performs every treatment herself and also trains other medical professionals as an injector trainer. Perry Little, MD, a board-certified family medicine physician, is the medical director.
The practice centers on injectables: Botox at $13 a unit, Dysport from $4.25 a unit for first-time patients, Restylane fillers for the lips, cheeks, chin and jawline (from $475 for a half syringe, $750 for a full syringe), facial balancing from $2,000, Sculptra at $800 a vial and PRF EZ Gel made from the patient's own blood at $900 a session. It also offers microneedling with Toskani peptides ($550), PRF hair restoration with scalp microneedling ($795), medically supervised weight loss with semaglutide or tirzepatide from $299 a month, and IV therapy and vitamin injections.
Consultations are free, and financing is available through PatientFi and Affirm. Appointments run Monday to Thursday from 9 AM to 8 PM and Friday and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
