Dr. K's clinic used to be good, now they just take your money after they know your bloodwork is off. They'll schedule an appointment anyway, and then take your money for the appointment. You pay them $60+ for them to just tell you "Sorry, we're not going to treat you." When they already knew that before the call. That's just not good business. I had been a patient of Dr. K for YEARS and never had ANY problems, but no more. Sad how businesses have turned to scamming people. UPDATE: In response to their claim, the initial meeting was not billed. I even asked if I owed anything at the office and they said no. I was billed 30 minutes before the tele health appointment where they said they wouldn't treat me. I didn't speak to a physician nor anyone who was familiar with my initial appointment or any details of my situation. That's just not good business. Especially to someone who'd spent THOUSANDS of dollars with Dr. K in the past. I hope my $65 was worth it. It cost you thousands of dollars of my future business and the business of people reading this and don't approve of how you conduct yourself.
I was just there yesterday, seen Dr. Monica, and as always she was as nice as could be. I'm pretty sure she could tell I was on the verge of tears because I was there for a reacurring issue. She took take care of me so much better than any other Dr that I've ever seen as she's so knowledgeable. She's sweet,kind and I appreciate her so much. All of the staff are terrific!
Always a trouble with their medical marijuana at one point they didn’t submit my letter of exemption. Always raising their prices and still couldn’t submit the proper paperwork before leaving for the day. Keep it in mind when using them that they will play with your prescriptions if you have medical marijuana. Would give them 0 stars if I could and it’s sad when I have sent them over 10 people who do business there.
One of the most consistent and caring doctor I've ever had the experience with. They're not a place thats going to write. They will help your legitimate pain to the best of their abilities. I've been a patient for years now and have no complaints, I've been treated like family. It's also ine of the best THC Trueleaf specialist.
