This place is honestly amazing! I’m about halfway through my full-face laser sessions, and the experience has been incredible. They’re quick, efficient, and very affordable. Everyone who works here is so kind and helpful, which made a huge difference for me since it was my first time doing laser. I was definitely nervous going in, but they made the process feel easy, comfortable, and practically painless. I’m really looking forward to continuing my treatments here—highly recommend!
I have to say the BEST BEST experience ever with laser hair removal. I have been to so many and the pain was excruciating. Laser of Arlington has the best machine and I feel almost no pain whatsoever. Jyoti has been my person and she is wonderful! I’m so happy I will never go anywhere else again! Beyond 5 stars! I give them 10 stars!
If I could rate this business 0 stars I would. After spending well over 3k with this establishment I’ve had to start services over elsewhere. I began to experience rapid hair regrowth in short order. Each time I brought this to a technicians attention I was given different excuses. Excuse 1- You need a touch up (2 weeks after my final service) Excuse 2- Your hormones must be fluctuating. Are you taking new vitamins? Finally my third time speaking with a technician she reviewed my chart and indicated prior technicians were not using a power setting adequate to remove the hair. I then consulted with two other companies who confirmed my hair growth patterns did not reflect that of someone who took part in hair removal services (8 sessions were recommended, I completed over 15 approximately). I felt management did not take accountability for their teams short comings, I was told that the team followed set procedures to safely remove hair or something to that extent. It’s my belief that the technicians at this establishment are told to use lower settings so that your treatment cycle is never really over, meaning more money for the disingenuous owner. Proceed at your own risk.
I can’t say enough great things about Laser of Arlington. The procedure was truly pain-free—far more comfortable than I ever expected—and the results were excellent. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The customer service is just as impressive as the treatment itself. The staff is warm, professional, and genuinely cares about their clients. From scheduling to follow-up, everything was seamless and welcoming.
