I was in a bind, because although my lasers were very lightly used only by me; they were earlier models and Alma Laser refused to service them. They prefer to sell me their latest models, rather than service those on which I already spent hundreds of thousands of dollars. Happily I was informed by Rock Bottom Lasers of the existence of this highly qualified team. They drove 7 hours to my office, then spent another 5 hours straight completely servicing my leaking Harmony XL. They then further assisted me by taking another laser back to their shop to see whether or not it could be rebirthed. I am totally impressed with this team from Erin, who coordinates the office communications to Paul and Jim, who put their heads together to work out all problems. It would be impossible to fully put into words how wonderful this company is. They are the real deal. Thank you Laser Service Solutions.
I had an amazing experience with Laser Service Solutions! Carolyn was very helpful and accommodating over the phone and John my service technician was on time and extremely helpful. He got the job done within just a few hours which is exactly what they said. He answered all my questions and thoroughly explained the whole process. I called them for a service call and they were able to get to me the next day at 9AM! I am completely satisfied with them and plan on using them in the future.
What great people! We needed some parts for our laser hair removal clinic lasers in New Zealand and searched internationally because there is no local supplier. Our online inquiry was answered expertly by Erin and the parts shipped promptly. We felt very looked after as if by long time friends. It was a wonderful experience working with LSS!
