I had CoolSculpting on my stomach today at LaserAway Alexandria, and I had a great experience from start to finish. The entire team was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. They explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and checked on me during the treatment. The first 5–7 minutes were definitely the most intense because of the tingling and cold sensation, but it was totally bearable. After that, the area became numb, and the treatment was much easier than I expected. I’m excited to see my results over the next few months and would absolutely recommend LaserAway Alexandria to anyone considering CoolSculpting. The staff made the entire experience a positive one and the location is so adorable!!
Walked in for a consultation and had a really great experience. The clinic was very clean, modern, and well-organized, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The staff was welcoming and took the time to walk me through the process, answer all my questions, and explain what to expect. I appreciated how informative and transparent everything was. Overall, it felt professional and easy from start to finish. Definitely planning to move forward and start services soon.
The entire staff here is amazing! From the moment I walked in, I was immediately greeted by Christiana and Danielle, who were both so warm and welcoming. I got my lips done by Nurse Agatha, and she was incredible. Not only did she bring my vision to life perfectly, but she’s also so personable and took the time to give thoughtful recommendations for my lips and other treatments with LaserAway. The whole experience was seamless from start to finish. I absolutely love it here — 10/10 across the board!
I had both a tattoo removal appointment & a hair removal appointment. lexi & kaitlyn were both so sweet and efficient, the location was super easy to find and parking was way easier than I expected, inside everything was clean & comfy. I was very pleased with the results of both procedures I had done & would 100% recommend this location & laser away in general. they never disappoint!!!
