From the moment I stepped in, I was received warmly and professionally by Aly, who introduced me to all the packages and benefits that were ideal to my needs. All of their staff, including management and supporting staff were very welcoming. For my first bikini laser removal session, Amanda took care of me and I loved how gently and efficiently she worked. Top staff! Felt very well taken care of. Not to mention the peace they all transmitted because of how knowledgeable they all were.
Just finished my Clear + Brilliant facial at Laser Away in Aventura…and had such a great experience! Gabby and Diane were absolutely amazing — super friendly, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease. I'll be honest, I was a little nervous going in, but they walked me through everything and made the whole process so much easier than I expected. Their energy was warm and fun, and you could tell they actually care about their clients. Highly recommend if you've been thinking about trying it but feeling unsure 🙌
Sydney was incredibly nice and welcoming, immediately made the session feel as friendly and safe as possible. Walking me through each step to make sure everything was alright. Alongside the two front desk staff, which I only remember one’s name, Aly. She was the one who helped me sign up and confirm my appointments. Amazing atmosphere and great service.
So I’ve heard about this treatment a while back, never considered it until I started losing weight and realized a specific part of my stomach refuses to slim down. Decided to get a consult and wow, Jordan was great. Answered all my questions, made everything feel normal and super professional in a creative way. If you’re ok the fence, this guy will definitely push you over to the right side—which is to go for it. Everyone there was great really, Diana, Ayana, totally made the whole introduction of the appointment great. I was even late to my appointment but they worked with me to still get seen the same day! Cheryl, my handler was great. Funny, kind and very patient with me. Didn’t really talk much back, but she never took that personally which I appreciate. Everything was clean, comfortable, and legit. My first appointment was great and I’m looking forward to round 2.
