Amazing Experience at the West Loop Chicago location. Ladies, if you're still doubting let me be a witness to start your laser hair removal journey!! The front desk team truly sets the tone for every visit. Shoutout to Irene, Alexia, and Alyssa. They are always answering questions, or just having a genuine conversation. They really care about the client experience. I've had the pleasure of being serviced by Nurse Sonya. She’s extremely intentional in her work, making sure you’re comfortable, and has a deep level of expertise. She explains everything thoroughly, listens to your concerns, and makes you feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. I always leave my appointments feeling confident and well taken care of. Overall, the customer service, professionalism, and quality of care here are top-tier. I highly recommend this location to anyone considering treatments. You'd be in great hands.
The staff is amazing, super friendly and accommodating. After my very first session I had almost 65%to 75% gone and after 15 days some spots started to grow again and very tin. I am very happy with my results. And yes, not painful at all!!!!
Absolutely 10/10 experience! I was warmly welcomed at the front desk and introduced to my room, where I was a bit nervous even with the initial FaceTime intact. However, when the NP came into the room, she was so pleasant, sweet, professional, and gentle with me. We related so well, and her nails were on point!I did not feel any pain at all during my underarm, Brazilian, and full leg sessions—it feels like a rubber band snap, if that. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area. Ladies, please make sure to shave and trim the hair down before your appointment to ensure all areas can be lasered away painlessly.
I absolutely love the team at West Loop! Very professional and super polite. From the moment I walk in, I am greeted and treated with kindness and hospitality. The technicians do an incredible job and are incredibly knowledgeable. I just completed my second round of clear & brilliant and the results have been fantastic! Can’t wait to be back!
