I had an amazing experience at LaserAway! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and welcome. A huge shoutout to KATHY and ANAIAH at the front desk for always being so friendly, organized, and accommodating with scheduling. The treatment itself was seamless, thanks to Nurse ISABELLE, who was professional, gentle, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to explain every step of the process and made sure I was completely at ease. The facility is spotless and modern. I couldn't be happier with the results and the level of care. Highly recommend this team to anyone considering treatment!
Wonderful experience here! It was my first time here at Laser Away! Anaiah, Tia and Nurse Tiffany were super sweet and guided me through the whole process and were very helpful in explaining the steps because this was my first time getting laser treatment ❤️😁 Can’t wait to come back in my next appointment - I’m so happy it wasn’t painful as I anticipated. The cold air did help while I did my under arms, chin/lip laser treatment- that was a big relief ❤️
Truly the best location in Miami! Everyone on the team is so sweet and welcoming. Nicole always greets me with such kindness and goes above and beyond to make sure my appointments are scheduled around my busy schedule. I’ve had treatments with both Sydney and Ashley, and they are absolutely amazing. They’re highly skilled and experienced nurses who always take the time to make me feel comfortable, answer all of my questions, and give me the best recommendations for aftercare. I always feel like I’m in great hands here. Highly recommend driving a few extra miles for the best service! 🤍
So amazing! I have zero complaints. After my laser hair removal treatment, I am basically hairless. The results are incredible and I rarely shave. What made my treatments even better was the lovely staff at the coral gables location. All the ladies who work there are super friendly and warm. They helped me with any questions I had and made me feel very comfortable. Anaiah and Siddartha are super sweet while still being very professional. I know can help me with any concerns I have and are able to turn an appointment into something fun and pleasant. Emily, the nurse who took care of my treatments was very knowledgeable and made my sessions very fun by talking to me and keeping me distracted from the pain (lol). Overall, a great investment since now I don’t shave or worry about my hair and the staff makes these (mildly) painful appointments way easier with their kindness and professionalism. Overall 10/10, great experience, highly recommend ✨
