Phenomenal experience. I got a full tour of the clinic by the receptionist. The nurse was so sweet and made sure I was comfortable during my first laser appointment. I am coming back for my 9 treatments and going to book more!
This is my 2nd visit to see Ellie for lip filler. I absolutely loved the way they looked the first time she did them that I had to do it again. She listened to what I wanted and remembered basically everything we discussed from my first visit. She’s truly great at what she does! I will add that she is good about keeping you engaged during the session. She tells you what she is doing step by step so you know what to expect.

She was friendly, professional, and made the entire check-in process seamless. My nurse Casandra was equally outstanding! I was overdue for some self care and she took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the procedure, and make sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Her expertise and warm personality made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. The level of customer service and care I received exceeded my expectations.
