I’ve paid thousands and thousands of dollars for Laser Away Kirkland to cancel my last 3 appointments consecutively. They make it hell on earth to reschedule asking us to call THEM to reschedule just to be told they’re booked out 8 weeks in advance. For the price I pay I expect you to proactively call me and pay for someone to work extra hours to fit in everyone you cancelled. At this point they’ve ruined my results because I haven’t been in 30+ straight weeks. Don’t even get me started on their AI Bot answering the phones. Again I’m paying you thousands of dollars for luxury, discretionary services. At minimum you can pay for a real receptionist and provide decent service. They take your money upfront, lock you into the packages, provide awful customer service, and disrespect your time. In the end you get subpar results bc they can’t figure how to keep their clinics adequately staffed in order for you to be in every 4-6 weeks. Appointments are booked 8 weeks in advance. Figure out your staffing and compensate your customers for their wasted time, energy and money.

I have been coming to Laser away for 2 years now. They are good at scheduling and providing you a slot. I love Rachel in the front. She is kind, mature and a people person. She knows about the services and doesn't try to sell you extra services unless she believes in it. I have landed up getting more services beyond LHR from them but didn't feel that I was ripped. They have good promotions running and she will inform you of that. I think I have been a consistent customer of Laser Away Kirkland because of Rachel. Thanks Rachel!

Just recently moved to this area and needed a good place for Botox. Stumbled on this place and everything’s been great so far. They got me started on laser hair removal too, surprisingly not as bad as I thought. Looking forward to my next session. Quick, easy, in and out. Nice staff.

I would give a negative rating if possible. I have been receiving laser hair removal treatments at the LaserAway Kirkland, WA location. The staff is very responsive and accommodating when it comes to selling you a package. They schedule your first appointment quickly, usually within a week or so. However, after that, almost every appointment gets canceled due to a nurse shortage and is rescheduled months later. This has happened repeatedly throughout my treatment plan. For laser hair removal, consistency is important, and treatments are generally recommended every 4–6 weeks for the best results. Constant cancellations and long delays between sessions make it difficult to follow the recommended treatment schedule and can affect the overall effectiveness of the treatment. While the initial experience was positive, the ongoing scheduling issues have been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend purchasing a package unless the location can consistently honor scheduled appointments.
