LaserAway Northbrook

I recently had a cheek filler procedure at Northbrook location and I had a wonderful experience! Armina was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to explain the entire process, answered my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the procedure. She was very gentle, professional, and caring. I truly appreciated how attentive she was and how comfortable she made me feel. I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Armina!

I’ve been to a few different LaserAway locations, and Northbrook may be one of my favorites! Jodi was incredibly helpful when I decided I no longer wanted to move forward with a service I had already paid for. She made the process so easy and was able to help me use those credits toward a different service instead. Nurse Armina was also wonderful! She was quick, kind, and really took the time to make sure the treatment level was adjusted to what I needed rather than simply using a setting that may not have been as effective for me. I really appreciated her attention to detail and making sure I was comfortable with the treatment. Overall, I’ve had a great experience at the Northbrook location and would definitely recommend Jodi and Nurse Armina!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Nurse Chantal and the entire team! I’ve done a variety of treatments with her, and every experience has been fantastic. I completed 8 sessions of CoolSculpting and absolutely LOVE my results. I’ve also just started laser treatments, and to my surprise, it doesn’t hurt at all. The Clear + Brilliant facials leave my skin feeling so refreshed and glowing every time. I’ve tried both Potenza microneedling and SkinPen with Rejuven —Potenza is definitely a little “spicy,” but totally worth it for the results. SkinPen is less intense for me, though I do bruise a bit and need a couple of days to recover. Still worth it! Xeomin is hands-down my favorite—it gives such a natural, youthful look without ever feeling overdone. Alexis is amazing at helping me figure out the best deals, and I truly trust her recommendations. And Nurse Chantal is incredibly knowledgeable—she always knows exactly what I need and consistently suggests treatments that I end up loving. I literally drive an hour just to see them—that’s how much I trust and love this team! If you’re considering any treatments, I highly recommend them. You’ll be in the best hands!

I was a bit nervous at first during my IPL appointment. Jasmine made me feel super comfortable, and right at home. She told me exactly what areas we were targeting and when, and was very communicative and kind during the process. My skin feels rejuvenated and great, glowing even. I cannot recommend nurse Jasmine enough. She’s a Professional and kind lady.
