I cannot say enough good things about this place. I really wanted to get some Botox done, on a Saturday last minute. Who does that, it’s Botox. I had heard good things about this place. I was like let’s try. I called at 1030 this morning, got ahold of Karla, she was like we only have 5. I told her please keep my info if you can fit me in i can be there in 30 minutes of less, any location. She fit me in at 1230 at peachtree corners. That’s not even the best part. The introductory price for Botox (I use Xeomin, and swear by it) was 7 dollars a unit. Unheard of, I don’t think there was a max of units you could buy at that price and save for later. I literally got 600 worth of Botox done for 350. I cannot say enough good things about this place. The staff, knowledgeable and friendly, having done Botox several times, knew what they were doing! More than 5 stars if I could!

Gracie was the absolute sweetest!! She did such an amazing job and made the whole experience so comfortable and fun. You can really tell she cares about her clients and takes her time to make everything perfect. I’m so happy with the results and will definitely be coming back. I had such a great experience at LaserAway! Everyone I met, from my consultation to the receptionist, was so sweet and kind. The environment is super clean, cute, and pristine. I got laser hair removal on my upper lip and chin, and the whole procedure was incredibly quick and practically painless. My clinician Desiree was also so welcoming and made me feel super comfortable throughout the entire treatment. Afterward, she gave me hydrocortisone cream and aloe vera to calm the area, which I really appreciated! Some advice if you are a new client like me, I encourage you all to complete the instructions they send you right after booking your first appointment. You need to agree to terms, answer medical history questions and you MUST have a video call with a LaserAway nurse/clinical professional before your appointment. You save yourself the time before hand rather than having to do it at your first appointment! Overall, a great experience and they share helpful pre and post care for your treatment! And P.S. they aren’t super pushy about adding any additional treatments too which is very respectable! Their amazing 75% off selected treatments going on right now is what initially drew me in and I was not left disappointed! I highly recommend and I cannot wait to continue my treatments!

I’m very disappointed with my experience at LaserAway Peachtree Corners. I had an appointment for Thermage, and during the treatment the machine stopped working. The technician apologized and told me that the manager would follow up with me regarding compensation. It has now been one week, and I have received absolutely no follow-up call, message, or resolution. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve had an issue at this location, which makes the lack of communication even more frustrating. I paid for these treatments in advance, so I expect a certain level of customer service, accountability, and follow-through. I understand that equipment can malfunction, that part is sometimes unavoidable. What is disappointing is how the situation was handled afterward. If you tell a customer that a manager will contact them, I expect that commitment to be honored. At this point, I’m hoping someone from management will actually reach out and address this appropriately. I would have preferred to resolve this directly rather than have to write a public review.
