This is my first laser experience and Deja was amazing! She made sure I was comfortable throughout my whole session and explained everything thoroughly which I really appreciated. Mia was also extremely helpful in giving me the overview of Laser Away before signing up! She answered all my questions and was extremely helpful as I was signing up. Overall incredible team at the Reston location!
Hidaia and Erin were absolutely amazing. I switched to Laseraway Reston from another location that was closer to my home just because Hidaya treated me here. She was so on point, she customized my treatment based on what I actually needed and not just a standard approach. Erin was the second nurse who treated me and I loved how efficient and straight to the point she was.
I had my 5th underarm session with Jas G. It was spicy but hurt significantly less than the previous time and I felt like she was thorough and made sure to fully laser the area. This was my first time at the Reston location and although The ladies at the front desk were very nice they were way more persistent with the upselling than I’ve dealt with at other locations I’ve been to.
I had the best experience with Hidaia during my Clear + Brilliant treatment! She took the time to really focus on my skin, understand my concerns, and explain every step of the process so I felt completely comfortable and informed. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care made the experience exceptional. I left feeling confident that I was in the best hands. I will absolutely be requesting Hidaia for all of my future treatments!
