I’m not much of a “post a review” type of guy, but I feel this one is necessary. I honestly don’t know where to begin, but whether it was their hospitality and empathy, to their knowledge and expertise, I must say thank you! It all starts with Megan, the manager She listens. She cares. She goes over and beyond to help - in a good way! And she ensures everything is explained thoroughly; plus is willing to assist if and when needed. I truly appreciate her patience, commitment, friendliness, and understanding. She’s dope! Secondly, the staff made me feel welcomed and warm. They also listened and cared, which I greatly appreciate! From Casandra and Karen to the Front Desk Team, thank you ladies! I highly recommend them not for their services, which are great, but simply due to their professionalism and quality of care

I had an excellent experience at LaserAway thanks to Nurse Karen. From start to finish, she was professional, kind, and incredibly reassuring. I was honestly pretty nervous, but she took the time to explain every step, checked in with me, and made me feel completely comfortable. Her calm confidence put me at ease, and I left feeling really cared for. I genuinely forgot to be anxious, which says a lot. I’ll definitely be returning, and I’ll be asking for Karen specifically. Highly recommend

Where do I start?! Omg. I’ve been coming here for about a couple of months now and have gotten everything under the sun, from clear+brilliance to Botox, LHR, every single wellness injection, and more. Out of every single treatment, nothing is better than the EXCEPTIONAL customer service I continue to see here. When I first came through these doors a day before, I had a life-changing event, and they were so accommodating, and when my uncle died a couple of weeks ago, there was not a soul in there who offered their condolences and showed me an immense amount of compassion. This is why I will continue to stick with THIS location and LaserAway. I have never received any wellness or beauty services before coming here, and I trust that every step of the way, I have received thorough education, courtesy, and respect before and after my treatments. As an ER nurse, this is the time I look forward to, and everyone from the front office to the providers in back has welcomed me, made me feel so comfortable, and given me immense support through this journey. I couldn’t thank this location enough for all the support and love that they have shown me, and how at home it feels when I walk through the door. My best advice to anyone who is looking and searching is that you should know you have already found it. After 10+ appointments, I was sure after the first one that I would keep coming back, and that’s what I will continue to do. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, to everyone at this location. You don’t know that you have me through my grief, and I have found a place that feels like home and makes me look incredible. 10/10. Wouldn’t want it any other way

I’ve had such a great experience at LaserAway! The team is always so welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. Their customer service is outstanding, they take the time to answer all my questions and make every appointment easy and comfortable. The clinic is always clean, and the staff genuinely cares about making sure you have a great experience. Highly recommend to anyone considering treatments!
