Just had my first laser hair removal session, and it was a great experience! The front desk team was so welcoming, and Jessica was amazing—professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I was pleasantly surprised by how little to no pain there was. Highly recommend LaserAway!
Jessica was perfect! I am a very jumpy person and she was wonderful in cueing and keeping me informed of next steps so I was able to anticipate and not be anxious (I was wearing eye protection so couldn’t see). Great customer service at the desk as well as package deals. Laser Hair Treatment is not as far out of reach as you think! 😉
Great experience my first time getting laser hair removal! I was so scared and the ladies Ayana and Lauren made me feel comfortable from the time I walked in offering water and words of support. Sydney was a very friendly and speedy laser technician that didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I thought of during the process. Her friendly demeanor also made my time pass faster even though the pain was only a 2/10. I’m so glad I decided to get these treatments and can’t wait to see my end results.
I had a laser removal appointment today at LaserAway and Isabella, the NP who treated me, was amazing. She was very kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. She explained everything clearly and made the process really easy to understand. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and wants them to feel at ease. I had a great experience and I’m really happy she was the one who helped me today. I highly recommend her!
