Jessie at Laser Away is the absolute best person to make you feel comfortable, and fully informed on pricing and deals. She always is on the look out for sales and showed me how important the VIP program is and the value I get out of it is worth the cost. The entire staff is friendly, professional and fun! I’ve been getting med spa procedures done for 15+ years from all over and Laser Away is by far the best. I’ve gotten Botox, Xeomin, Clear & Brilliant, and a Hydrofacial, have a tattoo removal booked, and I’m about to book laser hair removal! Thank you everyone at the St.Pete location ! Jessie is truly the best. I won’t gate keep this girl.

Everyone is so friendly. Just had my first cheese and brilliant treatment. My face burned a bit but it’s not too terribly bad so it’s definitely tolerable just mildly sore and uncomfortable. Kira was very gentle and explained everything before, during, ands after the procedure. Receptionists were polite. I’ll post an after photo in one week but for now, this is me immediately after the treatment

SCAM! I’ve been going to LaserAway for about two years and have paid over $4,000 for 10 sessions, yet I still have not gotten the results I was expecting. After spending that much money and completing the recommended sessions, I was disappointed with the amount of hair that remained. What frustrated me even more was being encouraged to finance additional sessions at a “discounted rate” rather than having my concerns properly addressed. It felt like the solution was simply to spend more money. When I brought up my results, I was told that spacing my appointments out slightly longer than they recommended was the reason I wasn’t seeing better results. However, my mother went to a different laser hair removal provider, paid around $1,100 for full-body treatment, and got the results she was looking for despite having similarly thick hair. Her provider also allowed her to space out appointments by several months without making it an issue. After spending thousands of dollars, I expected significantly better results and better customer service. Instead, I left feeling like I was being blamed for the lack of results and encouraged to purchase more sessions. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend LaserAway and would strongly encourage people to compare other providers and pricing before committing to a package. I went to Tampa and two Jacksonville locations to be exact however I am trying to spread awareness so nobody else makes the same mistake as I did and get taken advantage of.

Love love Love this location. I started off in Wesley chapel but when I moved to Saint Pete I wanted to stay closer to home. From the minute you walk in and are greeted but the front desk they make you feel welcomed with ease. Friendly knowledgeable and always smiling. My mom and I come together and we just can’t say enough positive things about this location. Once we got in the treatment room. Our provider was smiling happy and fun and professional. Made my mom and I feel comfortable and happy throughout the experience! Can’t wait to go back.
