The moment I walked into this location I was simply impressed. To start off the office space is so lovely with two wonderful ladies with the best smiles welcoming me in. This is my first time ever getting Botox done. I saw Michael who was so welcoming and knowledgeable. We discussed what my goal was and how we would obtain it. I never felt rushed and Michael made sure to let me know what we were going to be doing first before any treatment started. He explained why we were injecting in certain locations and what the result would be. He was very gentle in his application and always made sure I was comfortable. On top of his professionalism he was very charismatic. I will definitely be returning and continuing and services at Laseraway.
My review is for the consultation process for those too nervous to take the first step. Absolutely great experience! The office is calm and inviting and the staff were very accommodating and attentive. I was a quite a few minutes late but there wasn't any guilt thrown my way unlike other spas I've had consults at. She was very friendly and really listened to my concerns and offered several options to reach my goal. When I had a specific question she was willing to ask for a second opinion from other staff, who seemed knowledgeable and friendly. They are upfront about costs, and in my experience shopping for a med spa, the prices are extremely reasonable and affordable especially for cool sculpting. I felt like she was really looking for what was right for me, instead of what they wanted to sell. Very non-judgemental attitude and explained the process of each procedure and what to expect during and after treatment, even sharing her own experiences. I left looking forward to my first appointment.
I was really impressed with my service at Laser Away in University Place. I decided to try them out for filler and boy am I glad I did. My provider, Jessica, was awesome and detailed! Not to mention the fun front desk. It was a welcoming environment and I will definitely be going back! Thank you for an amazing experience!
Nicole was awesome. She made me feel very comfortable and aware on step on what she was going to do next.She wouls also put cold air on high to help me deal with spicy bits! Amazing service. Amy on front desk was awesome too, really welcoming and sweet. She also treated me with coffee and that was really sweet. Loved the overall experience
